Everyone is treated like family. I was out sick one day and the president of the company came over to check on me when I returned. You just don’t get that sort of treatment at big companies or companies that don’t look at its employees as extended family.

I know I have a team behind me that will help me when and if I need it, whether it be work related or personal. Our company motto is “always do what’s right”.
