We are currently seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to join our Olive Branch-based team. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who not only excels in the field but is also passionate about mentoring others, driving service excellence, and supporting operational success.
Position Overview
As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on compressed air systems while serving as a technical leader for the field service team. You will support, train, and guide other technicians, assist with scheduling and job prioritization, and act as a key point of contact between the field team, management, and customers.
This position requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on compressed air systems.
- Lead complex troubleshooting efforts on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Oversee and support start-ups and commissioning of new equipment.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior technicians.
- Provide on-the-job training and ensure adherence to company and manufacturer standards.
- Assist in scheduling, dispatch coordination, and prioritization of service calls.
- Review and ensure accuracy of service reports and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Support warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Maintain inventory, tools, and assigned service vehicle in optimal condition.
- Track time, travel, and expenses accurately and consistently.
- Promote and enforce safety standards and best practices in the field.
- Participate in and help coordinate the rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience servicing compressed air systems or related equipment.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and system controls.
- HVAC certification or equivalent technical training preferred.
- Experience in HVAC/R, refrigeration, or industrial equipment service strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in a field service environment.
- Proficiency with laptops, diagnostic tools, and service software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

EVAPAR is currently looking to fill our role of Parts Specialist. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience working in a fast paced parts counter environment. Exceptional customer service skills as well as the ability to work well with a team are qualities we look for in at every level of employment at Evapar. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Parts research for internal and external customers using phone, internet and parts books
- Process customer PO’s, order parts as needed
- Oversee high level customers such as OEM’s
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments (sales, service, and accounting).
- Communicate and coordinate with the other Evapar locations
- Communicate with vendors/manufacturers on parts needs, lead times and open orders
- Handle walk-in customers
Position requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple time sensitive responsibilities.
- Relevant experience in industrial or commercial parts environment preferred
- Strong working knowledge of business computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Business Management/ERP software (Syteline, SAP, or similar) experience preferred.
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
